Yesterday we bought a house with Kaitlin. This is not the first our house and not the first with Kait. We have had a lot of realtors since we moved to Florida from Germany and had a lot of negative experiences. Kaitlin is a very honest and responsible person. She is one of those who puts the desires and well-being of the client above her earnings. Can you imagine such a realtor? We couldn't until we met Kaitlin. Kaitlin was a great asset in the search for my new condo. She was very determined to find me the perfect place and she did. Any time I had a glitch in the paperwork process, she was there to help get resolution. Very patient and she always made time for viewing properties.

We listed our home with Michael Saunders because of their reputation for developing strong teamwork among their agents. However, our experience with Kaitlin far exceeded our expectations. When the primary agent for our listing needed to step aside temporarily to handle some family medical issues, Kaitlin stepped in to assist and we didn't skip a beat.
